We recommend using our Webmail so that you can Unblock emails caught as Spam.

NOTE: We DO NOT recommend using Windows Live Mail for IMAP.
Windows Live Mail is no longer provided or supported by Microsoft and does not interact correctly with an IMAP mailbox

Creating a new Account setting in your email program

If your email program is able to Auto-detect the settings, you only need to start the New Account/Email process
and then enter your Email Address and Password.

The Email program will then create settings with the correct information.
NOTE: the Auto-dectect will find mail.cityemail.com as the Server name.
This is now interchangeable with mail.venustel.com.

If your Email program does not Auto-detect, you can follow these steps to manually assign the settings.

When creating the new Account in your email program, select IMAP
