Home Network Maintenance

Venus Telephone currently offers a monthly Home Network Maintenance Plan. The Cost of the Home Maintenance Plan is $3.50 / month.

Our Home Network Maintenance Plan takes the hassle and worry out of trying to setup new wireless devices on your network, as well as troubleshoots problems you may be having. It also covers all Network cabling that is NOT covered by your I-Wire Maintenance plan. Router setup/maintenance is also covered , as well as Encrytption on the wireless network.

As a general guideline, but not limited to, the following is covered:

  • New Computer Setup (wired or wireless)
  • Router Setup (wired and wireless)
  • Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Advice
  • Animal chews on cabling
  • New Ethernet End replacement if an end should break
  • General Network setup such as NEW printers and NEW wireless devices being added to a secure Network
  • Setting up Secure Networks
  • Gaming Console Set ups
  • Free Anti-Virus Set up

As a general guideline, but not limited to, the following is NOT covered:

  • Crashed Operating Systems
  • Virus Removal
  • Faulty Customer Equipment
  • Any Equipment replacement other than that owned by Venus Telephone Corp.

Our Home Network Maintenance Plan can be a huge cost savings to those who need help with their Networks as a standard "House Call" for anything Home Network related is $35 per incident.
