Cabin
Information …
The cabin includes
a spacious living room with wood beams and a massive cut stone fireplace. The
large kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, electric stove,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, tea
towels and dish soap.
The Cabin sleeps six. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in
each and a loft with two single beds that overlooks the living room. Bedrooms
are complete with bedding. There is one bathroom with shower and bath towels
are provided.
The deck off the living room has built in benches and over looks a
forest setting (managed for sustainable forestry under the Forest Stewardship program).
The outdoor fire ring and picnic table is nestled under a canopy of pine
trees. Firewood is provided. The mowed yard in front of the cabin provides
ample space for lawn games. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are frequently
observed by our guests from the windows of the cabin.
No Smoking, No Pets.
Area Attractions and Activities: Canoeing and
tubing on the Clarion River, hiking in Cook Forest State Park, horse back
riding, miniature golf, go carts, water slides, hunting, fishing and much
more.
