The 1975 Honda ATC90
In 1975, there were major changes to the ATC90. It's rear fenders got re-styled and mud flaps were added. The front fender went from metal to plastic, and the wheel-less tires got updated to what we currently have on ATVs, a wheel and a tire (2 piece split rims at the time). 1978 marked the end of the era for ATC90s, as they were updated to the ATC110 in 1979.
I had posted up a wanted ad back in 2005 for a 1975 3-wheeler because I thought it would be cool to have one the same year as I was born. This is what I found. It was the roughest 3-wheeler I have purchased to date. It was missing tons of parts, had not run in many years, and was in really bad shape. Over the years I have slowly transformed it from horrible to "OK - Fair" shape. Eventually I'll get it where it needs to be. Please forgive me for having "Trail Pro" tires on it - but they came with another 3 wheeler I got and they had the correct wheels for this machine - just have not had time or money to replace them yet.
First, this is all that I purchased:
